Hi! I'm Alicia

I love what I do and am excited you are curious about my work.

In my movement classes, you will build your capacity for curiosity, inquiry, personal alignment and self-trust. I have worked hard to synthesize everything I have gathered from my own teachers and
personal practices over 20+ years and distilled it into a creatively packaged gift from my heart to
yours. Every class I teach is a chance to drop in completely to a single moment with your full attention and aligned intention.

On my massage table, we will work together to bring forth your blueprint of health and help your body find more ease.

I invite you to join me on this path of growth and transformation. Let’s keep evolving together!

Background

Alicia has over 2500 hours of movement, anatomy and bodywork training. She has been teaching movement and meditation since 2007 and has led countless yoga classes, teacher trainings, workshops and retreats. Alicia is an avid life-long learner and believes the human capacity for neuroplasticity means that there is always value in trying something new at every stage of life.  A graduate of Oberlin College and the University of Texas at Austin, she left her work as a research librarian to pursue a full-time career in the healing arts in 2012.
